The Send Off

This morning at 6:45am the Youth Mission Team began to gather in at Shady Oak, waiting to start their journey to Florida.  All the team was sleep-deprived but exited to get on the road.
The back of the van was loaded with seemingly endless supplies that amazingly all fit quite nicely. 
With the van packed, and pictures taken; Kevin led all assembled in a prayer.  
After that all that remained was for all the Moms, Dads, Grandmas and little sisters to get in a last quick hug. And from there the group piled (or packed) into the van and were off.

Today, please pray for the group as they travel.  Also today please pray especially for Kevin and Sandy as they begin this week of leading the Trip.
